Quatinga Velho: basic income in Mogi das Cruzes

The NGO ReCivitas begins paying R$30 a month, with no conditions, to residents of Quatinga Velho, a rural area of Mogi das Cruzes (São Paulo state), using private donations. There were 27 people at the start and 83 in 2011. The payments last until 2014.
