Amazon cuts 14,000 office jobs

Amazon confirms it is cutting about 14,000 corporate roles. Months earlier, CEO Andy Jassy had written that AI would mean the company would "need fewer people doing some of the jobs that are being done today". Later, he attributed the cuts to "culture".
