The STF orders basic income to be implemented

Ruling on Mandado de Injunção 7300, a constitutional writ, the STF, Brazil's Supreme Court, recognizes that the government failed to regulate Lei 10.835 for 17 years and orders the citizen's basic income to be implemented, starting with people in poverty and extreme poverty.
